Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
Shipments, and processing do not occur on weekends or holidays. Depending on customers location and when order was placed deliveries occur on weekends but not necessarily on holidays. If The Char Collection is experiencing a high volume of orders, expect a 3-4 business day delays. We will communicate these issues with you and do everything to solve the issue and to insure your items are quality and that you are a happy customer. All orders usually ship through USPS but are not limited to USPS. We also use UPS, FedEX and DHL. Standard shipping normally takes 2-3 business days to arrive, but this depends on your location and time of purchase.

Customs, duties, and taxes
The Char Collection, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Char Collection is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
